RUMORED BUZZ ON şIşIşIş

If it is upside down over the decreased side with the dial like the majority of the clock instead of normal (IV/IIII,V, VI etc) engraved while in the dial. Will anybody enlighten me over it? I purchased a clock wherever I locate the orientation just isn't upside down from the dial and if that is not the right oriention I will return it.39. Design:
